We are looking for a R&D Engineer to join our Penang, Malaysia office.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Hardware design：

• As a member of R&D team, you'll be responsible for the evaluation and formulation of server hardware solutions;
• Be responsible for the design of hardware schematic diagrams, and provide Layout Guides and wiring checks;
• Assist in analyzing and handling production issues of PCBA on the production line, complete the Power On and debugging work for each module;
• Coordinate all positions related to hardware to complete the writing of hardware-related design documents;
• Be responsible for the maintenance work after product mass production.

2、Embedded software development：

• Responsible for the hardware and software adaptation of various models of BMC;
• Responsible for writing the related modules of BMC software and conducting problem debugging during the development process;
• Responsible for communicating, coordinating and interfacing with customers regarding BMC-related requirements;
• Responsible for developing and implementing customized requirements for customers, as well as providing on-site support;
• Responsible for resolving BMC-related issues between the market end and the client end after the product enters the maintenance stage, and providing on-site support;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information, computer science, automation or related fields;
• At least one year of relevant work experience;
• Familiar with server software and hardware architecture design; proficient in computer architecture principles and related industrial standards, skilled in using C or C++ programming languages, able to read common programming languages such as Python, H5, JavaScript, and Lua;
• Familiar with product development knowledge and general business processes;
• Familiar with Linux-related knowledge, proficient in using various IDEs.
• More than three years of hardware development experience, with the ability to independently complete board card development work;
• Proficient in digital electronics, analog electronics, and high-speed signal integrity knowledge;
• Skilled in using Cadence development tools and familiar with the design rules of Allegro PCB;
• Proficient in using hardware debug analysis tools such as oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and logic analyzers.
