We are partnering with a well-known global semiconductor supplier whose products and services play a critical role in enabling high-precision processes. With a growing footprint in Asia, the company is strengthening its Singapore commercial hub, which combines customer engagement/support, regional logistics operations and sales.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to take full ownership of the Singapore branch, drive regional growth across Southeast Asia, and lead both commercial and operational excellence.
The Role
You will lead the Singapore entity with full responsibility for customer relationships, distribution networks, local operations (including warehouse/logistics coordination) and sales.
You will manage and develop the local team, while acting as the key bridge between regional customers and global headquarters.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and owning a business within a global structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia, expanding both direct and channel sales
- Strengthen relationships with key strategic customers, particularly within semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors
- Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with global direction
- Lead and grow distribution networks and partnerships across the region
- Oversee local operations, including coordination with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders in a matrix organisation
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in people management (preferably currently at Director level)
- Solid experience in customer service/support/delivery within the semiconductor industry
- Experience managing regional sales or distribution networks across multiple markets
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setup with full ownership
- Exposure to international business environments and cross-cultural collaboration
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence both locally and globally
- Willingness to work extended hours and align with OEM calls, including U.S. time zones
- Fluent English communication skills
