Manage the Green Mark certification process, ensuring adherence to necessary criteria and standards in collaboration with relevant authorities.
Conduct on-site energy audits to identify energy conservation opportunities and contribute to lowering energy consumption.
Perform detailed inspections and precise measurements of building systems, such as ACMV and lighting, to evaluate their efficiency and recommend improvements.
Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports that include gap analyses and strategic recommendations, highlighting the financial benefits of sustainable practices.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, while managing task execution and delegation to ensure project success.
Engage proactively in business development, providing vital administrative support for the timely submission of Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals to meet compliance requirements.
Attend site/tender briefings and conduct necessary surveys to explore new sales opportunities through follow-up communications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management and stakeholder engagement.
