Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer service interactions via calls and emails with urgency and professionalism.
Verify customer documentation related to physical cargo and export permit declarations.
Coordinate daily email bookings by liaising with traffic for cargo collection, freight management for flight booking, and operation teams for shipment execution.
Prepare required daily and monthly reports for customers and destination counterparts.
Generate monthly billing reports and ensure the accuracy of billings sent to customers.
Collaborate with various departments and international counterparts to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Provide operational support during weekends, public holidays, and outside regular office hours when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum O Level education or higher.
Prior knowledge or experience in freight forwarding preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance team collaboration.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive team player.
Able to start immediately or at short notice.
