- Collation of course nominations
- Process training applications
- Confirmation of training details
- Raise payment request for the payment and reimbursement of course fees
- Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course followup
- Monitor submission of post-training forms / reports / certificates / payments / results
- Provide training support for programmes
- Prepare of course materials
- Prepare in-house training venue
- Assist to prepare and submit funding/claim application
- Maintain training catalogue and training records in LMS
- Record of learning history upon training completio
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
- Prior Admin experience
