Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role where you'll ensure the highest standards of sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and medical equipment. This position offers a structured routine with opportunities to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform decontamination, assembly, inspection, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
Clean and wash tools and kits, ensuring they meet safety standards.
Sort, assemble, pack, and label instruments/equipment in accordance with established checklists.
Accurately maintain the inventory of medical instruments and equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures to execute tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in healthcare would be advantageous.
Capability to lift and carry heavy items up to 7-10 kg.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy in task execution.
Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including morning and afternoon shifts.
Ability to execute tasks in compliance with standard procedures consistently.
