YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to support and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, with a focus on Canon Exposure , TEL track , and DNS track systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in process control, troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement to support high-quality, stable, and efficient production.

  • Operate and optimize Canon Exposure, TEL track, and DNS track systems by defining and tuning process recipes to ensure precise photolithography outcomes.
  • Perform routine process monitoring and troubleshooting including tool qualification, SPC tracking, and defect analysis, to maintain stable and repeatable process performance.
  • Analyze process and metrology data to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance yield, throughput, and process stability.
  • Update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance
  • Participate actively in team meetings and problem-solving discussions, providing support to shift engineers and technicians as needed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and quality, including identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in semiconductor process engineering , photolithography
  • Strong knowledge of process control, SPC, defect analysis, and root-cause investigation
  • Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into practical process improvements
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on experience with lithography equipment and/or related manufacturing tools is preferred
