Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fulfillment Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Fulfillment Manager will oversee daily order processing, inventory management, and logistical coordination to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires managing warehouse operations, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Fulfillment Manager will also monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and lead a team to execute tasks effectively while meeting business goals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance tracking and operational improvement
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Customer service experience to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistical processes
• Team leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate team members effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of fulfillment systems and supply chain software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
