- Install, configure, administer, and support middleware platforms, including Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
- Provide system administration and operational support for Windows and Linux servers
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
- Support system patching, upgrades, and security hardening
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams
- Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities when required
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ related field
- 5 years of experience in system support and infrastructure roles; candidates with less experience will also be considered
- Hands-on experience with Apache and Tomcat middleware administration
- Solid experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
