Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM Models based on BIM Modelling Standards and project specifications;

• Perform clash detection and attend BIM coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and site teams;
  2D drawings production, quantity takeoffs from the 3D models;

• Develop and maintain BIM Standards, templates and libraries

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher diploma holder in architecture, structure, engineering, building services or a related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in BIM modeling and coordination for construction projects;

• CIC Certified BIM Coordinator certificationis a must;

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, Experience in 4D simulations and knowledge of Fuzor is an advantage.
