Job Description

1) Handling online stamping for new and renewal Retail Shop Tenancy Agreements with LHDN.
2) Managing the renewal and online stamping process for Company Property Tenancy Agreements for existing and new branches.
3) Facilitating applications for new, renewal, or relocation of utilities such as electric, water, and Wi-Fi for retail shops and company properties.
4) Managing changes in ownership or termination of utilities for retail shops and company properties.
5) Communicating and providing necessary details to the Company Secretarial team for additional branch openings, terminations, or relocations (for SSM purposes).
6) Coordinating with the Insurance Agent for additional branch renewals, openings, relocations, or terminations (Battery4u and Global Energy Battery Sdn. Bhd.).
7) Handling Public Bank Merchant credit card applications for new branches, relocations, or terminations.
8) Applying for licenses required for retail shops, including signboard, parking, and other necessary licenses.
9) Facilitating the application of fire extinguisher licenses.
10) Verifying and processing staff claims and medical claims.
11) Performing data entry and general administrative tasks.
12) Maintaining files and records relevant to office operations.
13) Providing support for other administrative and operational tasks as required.
14) Managing administration matters at both the Head Office and Outlet, including service agreements, tenancy agreements, fixed asset listings, office and outlet insurance, licensing (application, renewal, cancellation), company vehicles, corporate telephone lines, office equipment, etc.
15) Assisting with ad-hoc issues and duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM with knowledge of basic accounting or candidate with Diploma in Accounting/Business/Management.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Willing to travel and have a valid Malaysian Driving License.

· Able to work independently under a minimum supervision.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
