Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine and maintain financial records and statements
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws and company policies.
• Manage account payable and account receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify process improvement to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Advise management on financial decisions and cost saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field(CPA or ACCA would be a plus point)
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in similar role.
• Strong knowledge in accounting software (Autocount)
• Advanced Excel skill and attention to details
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
