Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor warranty costs and perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with warranty claim policies through regular audits and dealer monitoring
- Prepare reports on warranty performance, including cost analysis, dealer performance, and projections
- Streamline warranty processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Studies, or a related discipline
- Preferably with 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in After Sales or Warranty Management is an added advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and data management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
