Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow export sales in assigned overseas markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new international customers/distributors.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, pricing, contracts, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely shipment.
• Monitor shipment progress, stock movement, and delivery to customers/ports.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
• Travel overseas for business development and customer visits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in export sales / international sales / trading (chemical related industry preferred).
• Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Independent, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
