• Monitor calls against guidelines to coach team members on interaction quality, accuracy, and product knowledge.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly statistics to identify trends, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Align the team with management objectives and plans to ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage agent activity, break schedules, and service levels to ensure optimal coverage.
• Resolve escalated customer calls and coach staff on how to handle complex issues to minimize future escalations.
• Handle operational client communications including emails and shift reporting while completing administrative tasks from the Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years of experience with exposure to a supervisory or Team Leader role in team management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
