The Account Assistant is responsible for supporting daily accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks related to accounts and payments.

Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Assist with account receivable and account payable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers regarding accounting matters.
Assist with audits and other finance-related duties when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
