Job Requirements :

• Candidate must have minimum a SPM certificate.
• Candidate must have valid driving license (B & D) with good records and familiar with Klang Valley and Selangor route.
• Responsible, committed, honest, diligent and trustworthy.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Cyberjaya.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible and committed to send and collect documents, packages or any delivery items to/from office.
• To obtain signatures from all authorized signatories for cheques and relevant documents/letters.
• To carry out official banking duties such as bank in cheque.
• To make utilities payment or any other urgent payment.
• To ensure urgent document or package send or receive on time.
• Ensure that the confidentiality of all company documents is maintained at all times.
• Be willing to work overtime or outside normal working hours when required.
• Carry duty as pool driver when there are no despatch duty.
• Assist with others administrative tasks when there are no external assignments.
• Uphold the company’s image and reputation while carrying out official duties.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist any other duties when assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per hour
