Role Description

This is a full-time Chef De Partie role, based on-site in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the preparation, plating, and presentation of dishes meet high culinary standards. Other responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, training junior kitchen staff, managing inventory levels for your section, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Experience in managing inventory, quality control, and cost control within a kitchen
