Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support HR operations in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee record management, and HR reporting while contributing to employer branding initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are strategic, highly organized, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job planning, posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and academic institutions to build a sustainable talent pipeline
3) Coordinate onboarding activities, including induction, documentation, and smooth employee integration
4) Oversee offboarding processes such as exit interviews, clearance procedures, and coordination with relevant departments
5) Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner
6) Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures including leave, attendance, and general HR documentation
7) Prepare recruitment and HR reports for management review
8) Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
9) Provide operational support for HR projects and initiatives as directed by management
Requirements
1) Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2) Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional
3) Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and HR best practices
4) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
5) Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment management systems is an advantage
