Human Resource

• Assist the HR team in recruitment activities for Part Time positions for Retail and Head Office.
• Support HR administrative tasks and documentation for new joiners and existing employees.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files and records.
• Support the preparation and coordination of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist with HR documentation related to employee benefits, medical insurance, and claims administration.

Office Administration

• Assist with general office administrative and maintenance tasks.
• Support office upkeep, stationery management, and pantry administration.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors, service providers, and technicians when required.
