In this role, you won't just answer inquiries—you will be a vital link between our families and our business, blending empathy with data-driven strategies to elevate our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship & Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents; passionately handle queries, manage complaints, and cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Registration & Admission: Manage the end-to-end student enrollment and admission process smoothly and efficiently.
- ZOHO CRM & Data Handling: Maintain and organize clean customer data, ensuring the seamless tracking of leads and parent journeys using ZOHO CRM.
- Digital & AI Automation: Leverage digital tools and AI automation to streamline customer communications, speed up response times, and optimize workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate customer service reports and analyze data trends to help management improve satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service, data management, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Highly passionate candidates who possess the unique traits outlined below are also strongly encouraged to apply!
- Industry Context: Experience or a strong interest working within the Early Childhood Education (ECE) industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on, practical experience using ZOHO CRM is required. Must possess strong digital literacy, with a knack for using AI tools and automation to optimize daily tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable handling data, reporting, and utilizing analytics to drive customer success.
- Personality & Mindset: An active, collaborative personality who thrives in a team environment. You must possess a strong business acumen to align customer care with company growth goals.
- Core Traits: A genuinely passionate attitude toward helping customers, coupled with a pleasant personality and a highly accountable work ethic.
