Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Building Management System (BMS) projects from design stage through commissioning, including coordination of project activities.
• Designed, engineered, and implemented integrated BMS solutions covering HVAC, lighting control, and energy management systems.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to address site conditions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report site progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule, specifications, and safety standards.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC PLC systems to support system performance and commissioning requirements.
• Design shop drawings, system configuration, and DDC termination diagrams.
• Deploying, optimizing, and improving system efficiency through software solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a BMS project engineer.
• Good knowledge in M&E control principles.
• Good knowledge in BMS
• Extensive experience in design shop drawings, system configuration, DDC termination diagram.
• Able to communicate with client, contractor and consultant to obtain information on site conditions.
• Able to monitor the site progress of installation work and T&C of project phase.
• Good knowledge in HVAC control sequencing PLC logic programming.
• Good Knowledge in Tridium Niagara software, JC Metasys software.
• Knowledge in field I/O devices and automation GUI tools.
• Compuer software skill: AutoCAD, graphic design software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft Power Point and Project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
