Location: Bandar Botanic, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and benchmarking on ESG best policies and practices.
• Monitor ESG policies, guidelines, frameworks and roadmaps are being followed by all operating units.
• Support implementation and monitoring of ESG initiatives and create effective ESG metrics for monitoring and evaluation.
• Perform Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) for ESG frameworks.
• Gather and analyze ESG data to identify gaps and propose improvements and maintain good ESG ratings ie Ecovadis, TfS and etc.
• Coordinate ESG surveys and studies at national and international levels.
• Act as the focal point and document controller for all ESG-related data and records, ensuring data accuracy and quality, auditability, traceability, and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
• Prepare reports and working papers and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align and promote ESG initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Policy Studies, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sustainability reporting, environmental management, policy research, or governance roles.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, ISSB) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sustainability and ESG principles.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and data management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
