Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering and/or other related discipline.
• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the field in related field. Preferably with previous experience in Automation system.
• Proven experience working in industrial and manufacturing environments, with strong hands-on involvement.
• Ability to design and interpret electrical and control schematic drawings is considered a plus
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform simple to complicated repair works.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and minimize both scheduled and unscheduled plant downtime
• Implement periodic inspections of production standards and equipment conditions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production.
• Initiate improvement activity to new and existing E&I installations
• Handling and troubleshooting automated machine and E&I equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC system, inclusive of process and field instruments (Pressure / Flow / Level / Temperature/Limit switches/valves/sensors/weighers and etc).
• Develop and implement plant improvement / optimization plans through studies on efficiency, feasibility and profitability.
• Enhance and strengthen plant operations while minimizing human error by providing technical guidance and training to technicians.
• Lead and participate in plant improvement and management programs.
• Lead and participate in process studies and project implementation activities.
• Participate in tackling quality issues in process lines while keeping downtime to its minimum.
• Supervise and follow up on technicians’ and apprentices’ daily activities and work records
• Lead, guide, and provide technical support to technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure all safety procedures and practices are properly implemented and adhered to within the team.
• Lead machine maintenance and repair activities.
• Lead troubleshooting activities for machine failures and operational errors.
• Monitor and support machine and equipment operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
