Key Responsibilities

• To perform data entry into system for all the Incoming and Outgoing DO (Delivery Order).
• Writing production related records and documentations that comply to the requirement of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in HACCP and ISO22000;
• Production records data entry into Code Max system;
• Records and documentations photocopying, keeping and filing;
• Monthly production data analysis; and
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties in kitchen operation that may be required.

Competencies:

• Patience.
• Good in follow-up.
• Ability to complete the daily work task on timely manner.

Requirement:

• SPM holder, or equivalent.
• Computer savvy.
• Able to converse and writing in both English and BM. Mandarin is added advantage.
• Able to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor
