Here are the responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and basic accounting documents.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on invoices and payment matters.
  • Prepare basic financial reports such as payment summaries, expense reports, and aging reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation.
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit preparation.
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams on finance-related matters.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records, documents, and reports.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow, expenses, and payment schedules.

Desired skills & requirements:

  • Important - At least 1 year of experience in Finance/ Administration/ or others.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount, QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
