Job Responsibilities :

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across warehouses and store floors, avoiding stock outs and managing stock aging.
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Data & Sales Analytics: Analyze sales performance and consumer trends to optimize product placement and space allocation.
• Store Execution: Coordinate promotional campaigns, set up in-store merchandise displays, and ensure correct pricing strategies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years' experience in retail or a related merchandising role. However, fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin with China suppliers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good team player with strong collaboration skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
