Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle process and governance of IT Assets and Technology Obsolescence Management.
• Monitor and report the status of IT assets to ensure compliance with obsolescence policies and standards.
• Conduct annual reviews to identify and assess obsolete IT assets and drive timely technology refresh initiatives.
• Gather and track budget approvals and implementation schedules for technology refresh projects.
• Maintain and update the obsolete IT assets tracker through monthly follow-ups and progress monitoring.
• Monitor technology refresh implementations to ensure timely completion and compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate with Asset Custodians to ensure approved memos are submitted before End-of-Life (EOL) deadlines.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI for management reporting and tracking purposes

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
