We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Field Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing on-ground sales execution, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Execute on-field customer acquisition strategy
• Achieve customer acquisition targets
• Responsible for taking care of the retention of customers and increasing wallet share
• Work with customers to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements
• Creating impactful lead-nurturing programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities to customers

Skills Required:

• People should be comfortable with the idea- pilot - measure - scale loop
