Order Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) | Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid Working

The Role Step into a fast-paced order management position where your work keeps global supply chains moving:

• Oversee end-to-end order processes including sales order creation, PO transactions, delivery scheduling, and shipment coordination
• Handle billing, invoicing, documentation, and month-end reconciliation activities
• Coordinate import and export operations and monitor overseas supply and delivery status
• Nurture customer relationships and share supply chain market intelligence with the wider business
• Manage customer complaints and escalate critical issues in line with defined procedures
• Ensure all operations meet internal standards and local regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For The right candidate will bring technical expertise, linguistic ability, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset:

• A degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of order-to-cash experience; a background in the chemical industry is an advantage
• Strong SAP skills, specifically in sales order creation, are essential
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Willingness to support China public holiday arrangements, with occasional weekend coverage of around 5-7 days per year
• A positive, adaptable communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
