About The Job
- Identify and develop new markets, verticals, and opportunities in new countries.
- Manage regional partners and existing accounts within the Southeast Asia critical communications industry.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and account growth.
- Create comprehensive account plans that map key players, assess expansion possibilities, and align with the organisation's business priorities.
- Drive sales through new and existing partners to increase recurring revenue and renewals in Southeast Asia.
- Respond to tenders and requests for information from partners and end users.
- Protect margins and clarify product value by managing potential channel conflicts.

About The Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in LMR (Land Mobile Radio) or telecommunications environments, covering telecommunication and government sectors.
- Open to consider candidates with sales experience selling 4G/5G solutions or from the IT distributor environment.
- Regional sales experience involving large regional systems integrator.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to present sales strategies to high-level management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to travel regionally in Southeast Asia approximately 50% of the time, including occasional travel to the UK.
