Position Overview:

The Front-End Lead will be responsible for leading the development and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications using Vue.js, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, drive technical best practices, and mentor front-end developers within an Agile environment

Salary Range: RM8,000 - RM15,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable front-end applications using Vue.js, ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Drive the implementation of complex user-facing features from concept to deployment while ensuring an excellent user experience and seamless functionality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to align front-end solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure high application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes through continuous optimization.
• Lead and mentor front-end developers by conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and supporting technical growth within the team.
• Manage and improve front-end architecture, reusable components, state management, and overall development workflows.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, and third-party tools while ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
• Stay updated with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve development standards and product quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements within the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional front-end development experience, with strong expertise in Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Vue.js, and Vuex/Pinia state management.
• Proven experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, reusable component design, routing, and state management.
• Experience optimizing web performance, page loading speed, and resource usage.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, npm, or Vite.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests; WebSocket experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in version control tools such as Git.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with gaming-related platforms, interfaces, or digital product environments is an added advantage.
