This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batu Kawan for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing human resources management. The HR Executive will ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions, ensure employee satisfaction, and align HR processes with the company’s strategic goals.

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficient in handling HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong ability to manage Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Familiarity with employment laws and labor regulations in Malaysia
