Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Engineer will be handle mechatronics products, including Factory Automation related items, focus on 100% new customer development for both Japanese and Malaysian companies and work closely with suppliers from Japan, China, and Malaysia, including System Integrator. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 1-2 years experience in Factory Automation industry.
• Excellent Communication skills for product presentations, client interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex procurement challenges.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
