Role Description

This full-time, on-site role under Monie Sdn. Bhd., based in WP Kuala Lumpur, is responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating and managing new and existing clients, particularly financial institutions and Public Listed Companies (PLCs), while identifying new business opportunities across targeted industries. The role also involves market research, client engagement, collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and supporting brand visibility through social media platforms, networking initiatives, and event-related products or activations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital engagement, and event-related products/services
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, private markets, or corporate partnerships is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or other related disciplines is preferred
