Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable execution plans.

Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower utilization, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Develop and maintain project tracking systems, reporting dashboards, and performance indicators for management review.
