Hatchery Cribs Pte Ltd was founded in 2016. The company consists of 5 e-commerce brands:
- Hatchery Cribs (@hatcherycribs), a distributor and retailer of premium nursery furniture and baby products
- Lollibly (@lollibly), a lifestyle children brand
- Dear Cherie (@bydearcherie), a mother & baby brand focusing on care products
- Josh & Cherie Books (@joshandcheriebooks), Singapore’s largest children monthly book subscription
- Pretty Major Home (@prettymajorhome), a home & lifestyle brand
We are a small, dynamic and young team, looking to expand our product offerings and we need you to join us
What You’ll Do
Customer Service
- Respond to customer service enquiries issues in a timely & friendly manner. Manage pre and post purchase enquiries via email, WhatsApp texts, phone calls, online and marketplace queries for all brands within our portfolio
- Serve customers in our showroom by helping them select products and responding to customers’ questions
- Assist in admin tasks when needed
- Required to work on Saturdays (Sundays & Mondays off)
Marketing
- Assist in social media campaigns, content ideation & creation, and implementation schedules
- Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok
- Assist in go-to-market campaigns and product launches
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales related role
- Proficient with Instagram and TikTok, and basic content creation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing, good written & spoken English
Location
Lower Delta, Singapore
Candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays (Sundays & Mondays off).
