Job Summary

Responsible for the design and development of new and existing products, including modern software platforms (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, web-based applications), PLC programming, and PCB/hardware systems. Conduct product testing, evaluation, and experimentation to ensure performance and reliability, and expand system capabilities in SCADA and mobile applications.

Perform hands-on tasks such as wiring, soldering, mechanical assembly, panel wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems. Provide technical and application support to colleagues and customers, including product presentations and demonstrations.

Support sales activities by managing existing accounts, assisting in new business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships with high service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, or willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Experience in PLC programming and industrial control systems
  • Knowledge of modern software development (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, web-based applications)
  • Hands-on experience in wiring, soldering, assembly, and troubleshooting; familiarity with SCADA systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Mature, hard-working, and able to stay enthusiastic and focused
  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (5-day work week)
