HEPMIL - SGAG and HEPMIL Creator’s Network (HCN), is home to one of the fastest growing content and creator businesses locally. We exist to Make Every Singaporean’s Day a Better One through the endless funny memes and videos on SGAG and by empowering the next generation of content creators through HCN.


Join our innovative team as a Senior Client Success Executive, where you will take ownership of end-to-end, multi-stakeholder campaigns that connect brands, in-house creatives, and content creators to deliver high-impact digital and social campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with SGAG Creative teams and creators from HEPMIL Creators’ Network (HCN) to develop strategic campaign proposals, lead complex campaign execution across multiple stakeholders, and drive performance optimisation to deliver strong business outcomes for clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams (SGAG) and creators (HEPMIL Creators’ Network) to develop and pitch creative campaign ideas and proposals to brands and agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across SGAG platforms and creators’ channels, including creative development, overseeing video production, and creator coordination, while ensuring clients’ objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met through smooth campaign execution. This also includes responding to inbound enquiries regarding SGAG offerings and developing suitable creative proposals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, in-house creative teams (SGAG), and creators (HEPMIL Creators’ Network) throughout campaigns, while building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, creators, and key accounts to support business growth.
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide clients with key insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations to optimize future campaign performance across SGAG and creator platforms.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2–3 years of experience in account servicing, client success, or campaign management, preferably in a media, creative, or digital agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, consumer trends, and content ecosystems, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
  • Familiar with branded content, influencer marketing, and social-first campaign execution.
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with good business judgment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments across internal teams and external partners.
  • Passionate about digital content, social media trends, and creator-led storytelling; interest in creator work is a strong plus.
