We are looking for candidates experienced in the production of architectural and ME shop drawings. Candidates to be well-versed in Revit software.

Responsibilites

• Comprehension of Tender Drawings and Specifications to ensure compliance of the Irrigation System.
• Presentation of the Irrigation System to the Main Contractor/Client.
• Carrying-out hydraulic calculations and other related calculations for the selection of pumps, pipe sizes, ancillary accessories and irrigation emitters.
• Preparation and Submission of BIM Model for Irrigation System ensuring coordination with other Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services.
• Preparation and Submission of full set of Irrigation System Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings using AutoCAD/Revit software.
• Preparation and Submission of other necessary documentation such as material submissions, green mark submission.
• Reconcile any incompatibilities that may arise between design and installation during Tender, Design, and Construction stages.
• Preparation of Material Take-offs and Bill of Quantities.
• Assist in project logistical tasks to ensure that the procured materials are available and compliant with the project specifications.
• Attendance on coordination meetings and liaise with Consultants, Main Contractor, as well as internal staff to clarify design and site related issues.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding with the principles of fluid mechanics and hydraulics.
• Understanding of reticulation systems such as Irrigation/Plumbing Systems.
• Understanding of Rainwater Harvesting Systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills
• Ensure delivering quality work within the deadline.
• A hands-on person who possesses a positive attitude, proactive and initiative driven
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
