Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
• Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances.
• Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
• Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies.
• Analyzing current processes and identifying gaps or improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• Those with at least 4 - 8 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Leadership experience will be added advantage.
• Willing to be based at Georgetown, Penang.
