Job Title- Release / Deployment Engineer – Customer Management (CCO)
Location- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience Required- 3–5 Years
Job Summary
We are hiring a Release/Deployment Engineer to manage application deployments and release cycles for Microsoft-based customer management platforms, including customer onboarding, leads, and lending systems. The role involves coordinating deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting release issues, and ensuring system stability across environments. Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or DevOps practices are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute application deployments across development, testing, and production environments
- Manage release schedules and deployment activities
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and perform rollback activities when required
- Ensure compliance with release governance and change management standards
- Support environment configuration and version control management
- Assist with system optimization and post-deployment support
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in release management, deployment, or DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development OR DevOps/CI-CD practices
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Understanding of SQL scripting and database deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
- Banking or financial services domain exposure
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines
- Exposure to ITIL or release/change management frameworks
- Basic scripting knowledge such as PowerShell
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards
