Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Johor Bahru branch. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, maintaining and building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role includes providing detailed information on travel products, preparing proposals, and customizing travel packages to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities involve market research, generating leads, and supporting team efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with travel products and services, including ticketing, accommodation and travel packages
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client requests and preparing proposals
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
