Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you a hands-on brand builder with a passion for retail and F&B? We're looking for someone who can own campaigns end-to-end and bring the Tealive brand to life at every outlet touchpoint.


What You'll Do

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns independently to drive brand awareness, outlet traffic and sales
  • Build campaign calendars, promotional mechanics and activation plans tied to business goals, seasonal moments and product launches
  • Lead end-to-end outlet marketing — from in-store activations and events to KOL/KOC collaborations and community engagement
  • Identify local store marketing opportunities to grow outlet visibility, acquire new customers and drive repeat visits
  • Oversee production of marketing materials including POSM and campaign assets across formats and platforms
  • Track weekly campaign performance covering sales, traffic uplift and influencer engagement — and turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Training teams to ensure seamless campaign rollout and consistent brand standards
  • Stay sharp on competitor activities and customer insights to continuously spot new campaign opportunities


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven track record of leading at least 3 end-to-end brand marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in outlet marketing, in-store activations, local area marketing and events
  • Strong grasp of retail metrics — traffic, conversion rate, AOV, basket size and campaign ROI
  • Experience in co-branding or brand partnership campaigns is a strong plus
  • Background in F&B, retail, lifestyle or consumer-facing brands is highly preferred
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns across outlets simultaneously
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder manager — comfortable working with ops teams, vendors, landlords and partners
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel and support on-ground activations when needed
