Execute digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience. Manage various digital platforms, execute online campaigns, and analyse data to drive patient acquisition and enhance the hospital's online presence.
Responsibilities
- Content & Campaign Support - Assist in creating and publishing digital content (social media, blogs, videos) and supporting marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and email.
- Website & Social Media Management - Assist in managing updates to the hospital website and creating daily social media posts to ensure timely, brand-consistent communication.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and prepare basic reports on engagement and lead generation.
- SEO/SEM & Ad Coordination - Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and contribute to basic SEO tasks to drive traffic and visibility.
- Collaboration & Admin Tasks - Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and assist in compliance processes such as KKLIU tracking.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Public Relations & Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Familiar with social media, basic analytics, and content tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Wordpress).
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure.
