Internship Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and JobStreet
• Conduct phone screening sessions before sharing candidates’ profiles with hiring managers
• Approach candidates through both active and passive recruitment methods
• Schedule physical and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate and support the recruitment process to ensure the best match between candidates and company
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and follow up on required documentation throughout the hiring process

Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in Bangsar South
• Minimum internship duration: 3 months (Preferable)
