Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Understand of company’s branding and driving sales in the retail floor
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of company’s product
Providing great customer service to every customer
Meeting store sales target and KPIs
Responsible for store opening, store closing, handling of cash, receiving of stocks and basic housekeeping of stores
Replenishment of store merchandise when needed.
Alterations of products
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
1 to 2 years of related working experience
Able to commit to shift work
Prior retail and customer service experience will be a huge plus
