Job Description

Responsibilities

The Sleep Admin role is responsible for the administrative functions related to sleep studies at The Air Station, a subsidiary company of Easmed. This involves managing device logistics, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with patients throughout the sleep study process.

Responsibilities

Device Management:

  • Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and return of sleep study devices.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of sleep study equipment.
  • Track device inventory and resolve any discrepancies.

Data Management:

  • Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of sleep study data.
  • Implement data security measures to protect patient privacy.
  • Ensure data is stored in compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Coordination:

  • Schedule appointments for device delivery and pickup.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding device usage and data collection.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Forms and Documentation:

  • Review and process patient forms and documentation related to sleep studies.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient information.
  • Maintain organized records of all sleep study activities.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant sleep-related regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Additional Skills (Desired)

  • Basic understanding of sleep disorders and sleep study procedures.
  • Experience with medical equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
