Job Summary
Coordinate shipment arrangements and support cross-trade and network/agent business operations while tracking shipments and generating billing invoices to ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Execute cross-trade business activities involving other countries to support international logistics
- Support network and agent business operations in managing shipment arrangements effectively
- Generate accurate billing invoices to facilitate financial transactions
- Actively track and trace shipments and provide timely updates to customers on shipment status
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools to support daily tasks
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure smooth coordination and customer updates
- Organize work efficiently to manage multiple shipment and billing tasks independently
- Ability to work independently while being a motivated team player
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided

- Work schedule: 5.5 working days per week
