Position Title: Export Coordinator / Export Operations Officer
Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide logistics solutions and support to new and existing customers.
Manage export documentation and daily operations.
Book vessel space and confirm with customers.
Coordinate with SFA for Export Health Certificates.
Prepare documents for banks (L/C & D/P payments), embassies, and government authorities.
Verify freight charges and ensure financial security before shipment.
Oversee warehouse and production operations; handle stock allocation.
Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the food industry preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
